The Spice Mill is a family-owned business specializing in gourmet spices, herbs and seasonings. When we opened in 1996, we quickly established our reputation among New England’s finest food service providers. After 20 years in business, we now provide our custom culinary essentials to thousands of exceptional restaurants, food manufacturers and distributors, and local markets across the United States.

We work with the world’s finest importers and create all of our spice blends in-house; you will not find these fresh, natural, and delicious blends anywhere else or at such an affordable price.

Wholesale Services

For wholesale customers, we provide private label, custom blending, and bulk ordering. We pride ourselves in a very short turnaround time for production, which ensures freshness and preserves quality.

Retail Customers

Bring gourmet quality into your home kitchen. Select from our top-selling, staff picks, and specialty items. Our Connecticut retail spice shop and our online store are both open to the public.
